How can I receive free Saturday delivery?

Orders are eligible for free Saturday delivery if you live within Carlisle Borough.

Where do I pick up my online bread order?

Orders placed for pickup will be available in the orange pickup cabinet after 10 AM on Saturdays. Your name and receipt will be on the bag. You are free to pick up your order at any time after 10 AM on Saturday.

Where are the local ingredients sourced from?

We source our organic flours and organic oats from Small Valley Milling in Halifax, PA. When there is not enough white flour available we supplement with King Arthur Organic Bread flour. Our honey is sourced from Honey in the Hollow in Newport, PA and Perry County Bee Company in Landisburg, PA. Our produce and cheese comes from a wide variety of farms and dairies in the Central PA region, including Kewsick Creamery, Three Springs Orchard, Tuckey’s Produce, Chicano Sol, Mad Radish Farm and many more. Feel free to reach out with any questions about specific products. We love to promote the many other small businesses that contribute to our breads and scones!

Are gift certificates available?

Yes, gift certificates are available in 2 options. You can order an online certificate that will be emailed or you can call/email us directly for a paper gift certificate that can be hand delivered.

Why must my order be in by 10AM on Fridays?

All of our breads depend on a long fermentation time to deliver the best flavor and health benefits. It also really helps us out to be able to plan our bake schedule with enough time to prepare everything fresh for you.
